- completely refurbished the whole flat
- installed new kitchen units with appliances
- laid electrical wiring for the addition of extra appliances
- laid new wiring for additional lighting
- retiled kitchen walls
- reconfigured the layout by removing a partition wall
  to make it more open plan
- fitted new flooring though out the flat, carpet and         engineered wood
- completely retiled the small bathroom and swapped
  the units for new ones
- decorated the whole flat and wallpapered some walls
